Outlook Express Email Account Setup for Cox Internet Services.

The following steps will walk you through configuring you email clients existing setup to work through Cox Communications.

Step 1:

Open Outlook Express. Click the Tools Menu > select Accounts.

Step 2:

Click on the Mail Tab. Highlight your mail account > Click the properties button to the right.

Step 3:

Click the Advanced Tab. Change the Outgoing mail (SMTP) port to 587.

Click OK > and Close. You're done!
