SLA (Service Level Agreements)

We provide SLA's beginning at $80 per hour negotiated depending on service level and number of hours per month as low as $50 per hour.  We have no limit on type of service provided and will negotiate to accommodate multiple sites and locations.

Web & E-Mail Hosting $25 per month

Including but not limited to FrontPage Extensions, FTP, 20MB Space, 10 Email Address (Unlimited Alias') Website hosting, World client Web based Email, ASP, .NET

Available Hosted Application server and SQL server space.

Network Design Consulting $95

Misok has experience in all areas of computer software and hardware .  Our technicians are Certified and can handle design of networks from the small to enterprise level.

Network Consulting $95-$150

Many of our consultants have been working in the industry for more than 20 years.   We won't be learning at your expense we may cost a bit more than some but we save you money in the long term.

Hardware Service and Support In-House / On-Site $50-$95

We save you more money on carry-in service but will travel to Tulsa metro area locations for $85 per hour with a one hour minimum.  We have some special pricing for members of certain groups and organizations and are open to negotiation.

Emergency (Holidays & Weekends) Service and Support $100-$250

Unless other arrangements in place such as SLA we bill at a higher rate for after-hours and weekend service.
